Suryo Media Private Limited was incorporated on 8th April 1981. Since then it has been publishing the Odiya daily “DINALIPI”. It has also forayed into the electronic media sector, with its first project “AINA” an Odiya news programme, and an Odiya serial “UDHABA KETE TU PACHARU” that was discontinued in 1996.

Currently it is focusing on its print media publication and plans to enhance circulation and become the leading Odiya voice and conscience of the time. Future print media plans includes publishing books related to topics of Odiya culture, history and mythology. Electronic media plans include exploring the documentary film making segment, animated short films, and electronic publishing.
